The Movie "Solarbabies" made a lasting impression on me.
Not because of an outstanding quality but because of a landscape covered with concrete!
The legacy of this Movie production can be explored perfectly in the
Barranco Carrizalejo.
Parts of the Concrete "Roller Skate Speedway" are still existing and you can find
concrete slabs laying around everywhere.
A great place for a critical Location Archaeology.

Special F/X Bridge
This is a real scene with a real part of a Bridge built in the
Barranco.

Special F/X Stuff mixed with a real Bridge Scene. But only the part of a Bridge on the left Screenshot is real, not the Background or the shot on the right.
Basis of the Bridge
The location today looks like as if water had washed away the Bridge and a lot of
sand.

Solarbabies - Expanse of Rubble
During my 2004 "Solarbabies" Expedition in the Rambla I saw a big group of
Ibex (6-8) in the hills. I could only made a few shots from a distance and after they recognized me they disappeared fast. I never saw any Ibex in the Ramblas of Tabernas again, just heard some during a walk deep in the Rambla
Lanujar.
Uh, the Bridge is destroyed, I must
jump!
