Rancho Texas - "I sette del Texas"

The early Western of Joaquin Luis Romero Marchent are (almost all) real Spanish Western Classics and its a pleasure to discover the Almeria Locations of these movies. For the extensive Indalecio Area (Rambla/Meseta) 2 Marchent Movies, "I tre spietati" and "I sette del Texas", are really recommendable for interested Location Aficionados, as both films show the Region before the main Western Circus rushed into the Rambla like a Tornado.
The topic of this report is the "Rancho Texas" built for "I sette del Texas" on the Meseta above Rambla Indalecio. In my old Military Map the Meseta is called the "Llano de Don Francesco".
When I saw "Texas" for the first time and noticed the Rancho I immediately had the "Rancho Leone" (C'era una volta il West) in my mind for a second (...I usually have the Leone hype virus under control...).
Or could this Rancho be some kind of matte painting as I never found any tracks there in all the years of Indalecio research. Well, the movie went on and some scences later it was clear that they really built the "Rancho Texas"! The location is chosen perfectly with great views and this wonderful Almeria Western feeling that we all like so much.
